In the area there are all kind of services characteristic of university campuses, like hall of residences, green spaces, sport and leisure facilities.

The Los Vascos Road is very quiet, and it stretches from Reina Victoria Avenue to Almansa Road. You can find all sort of services in those two roads, like retailer, restaurants and coffee shops making your daily shopping very easy.

Our building is just 50 meters away from Los Vascos AC Hotel (Marriott) and 300 meters from Jardín Metropolitano Hotel, so there is a certain demand for catering and accommodation services within the area adding to its appeal.

Within 400 meters we can find the local police station, the headquarters of the Civil Guard and Madrid Police Department headquarters too. In Guzmán el Bueno Road you can also find a branch of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
